This has to be incredibly difficult for Naruto.
Right now, I am listening to the OST song, "Oh! Student and Teacher Affection", which plays during Naruto and Sasuke's conversation about their bond and why Naruto desperately wants to save him.
In my opinion, I think their fight at the Final Valley, the exact same spot where former friends, Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju, battled it out so long ago, is the best fight in the Naruto franchise. It has everything, great music, twisted views, and, above all, a pretty realistic outcome. I actually teared up when I realized that Naruto lost the fight and the sacrifices of his comrades were almost for naught. Imagine if Choji and Neji HAD died. I think that would have been a heart breaking outcome since I like those two as well.
Anyway, I can definitely see Naruto may be thinking about his fight with Sasuke at the Final Valley and you can see how much that battle affected him as a person.
Great job on Naruto's eyes. Imagine if they turned up to be the eyes of Kurama.
